VACCINES
For the safety of all our furry friends, a current Rabies vaccination is required for every pet before their grooming appointment. The vaccination must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
Please note, grooming appointments should be scheduled at least 48 hours after any vaccination injections to ensure your pet’s comfort and health.

MATTED PETS
We will always do our best to carefully brush out any mats during your pet’s grooming session. However, if the matting is too severe, for the safety and comfort of your pet’s skin, we may need to shave the affected areas.
To ensure transparency, owners of matted pets will be asked to sign a dematting waiver acknowledging this process. Please also refer to our matting charges for more details on pricing. Our goal is always to keep your pet comfortable and looking their best!
CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW
Please allow 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Any notice less than 24 hours will be considered a no show. No shows will be required to pay a $25 fee before rebooking an appointment.

HEALTH DISCLOSURE
Your pet’s well-being is our top priority. Before your grooming appointment, please disclose any health issues or concerns to ensure we provide the safest experience for your pet.
We believe in “Humanity before Vanity,” which means we will never do anything that could harm your fur baby. If, at any point during the grooming process, we determine that continuing the service is too stressful for your pet or could be detrimental to their health, we reserve the right to stop the grooming session.
Your pet’s comfort and safety are always our primary concern.
Discounts
Our prices are for the basic service of either a bath or bath and haircut only. All additional services (such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, etc.) are complimentary and included at no extra charge. Therefore, we do not offer discounts if any part of the service cannot be completed due to your dog’s behavior. Our team will always do their best to accommodate your pet, but their comfort and safety come first. Thank you for your understanding!
